These are being sold because the bulbs I planted in my garden have multiplied and grown.
They are grown naturally without pesticides or fertilizers.
They can be harvested in spring and autumn. If planted in a corner of your garden or in a planter, they will spread and multiply due to their strong growth. Depending on the temperature, sprouts may appear as early as the end of summer.
It's very convenient to have them planted in your garden for when you need a little. They can be used as a garnish, in vinegared miso dressing, and the roots are also delicious fried tempura-style.
