■ Every year, we receive many positive reviews,
We are sharing them again this year.
● After the rice paddies in the mountain village were left fallow,
Hachiku bamboo roots invaded,
After more than several decades, they have completely transformed into a bamboo forest.
■ For our own use, and to share with neighbors,
We are listing the surplus.
■ Unlike Moso bamboo shoots,
Hachiku and Madake bamboo shoots can be eaten deliciously withoutアク抜き (removing bitterness/astringency).
