Genkōkin Nakiri Knife, 19cm Blade

This is a kitchen knife I received from an acquaintance who works in the culinary field.
I'm not sure if it's brand new and unused, but I've never used it since I received it and have kept it at home.
Ultimately, it seems I won't have an opportunity to use it, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who is interested.

There is a spot that looks like rust in one area (image 5).

?? I'm not knowledgeable about knives, so I can't definitively say if this is a nakiri knife, but based on my research, it seems likely.
