This is a Yanagiba knife from Minamoto no Fusa.
Single bevel
Steel: Aogami (Blue steel) (stamped with a blue mark)
Handle: Octagonal black buffalo horn
The blade line was adjusted and the tip was rounded by Jitsumi Hamono, and it has been used since then.

I believe this is a good size for professionals and home use.
