This is a viola shoulder rest from the Swiss manufacturer Dolfinos.
Instead of clamping the instrument from the side, it integrates with the chinrest, allowing the instrument to resonate without dampening vibrations.
The part that rests on the shoulder is detachable, and the pads can be flexibly adjusted.
The chinrest is also detachable and can be replaced with various shapes and materials from the official website.
As this is an expensive item, please carefully review the images, official website, and videos before making your purchase.
