AIREX Balance Pad & SPORTS AUTHORITY Balance Board

This is a 2-piece set of balance training equipment, perfect for core training, rehabilitation, and fitness.

I used these items about 10 years ago when I was working as a sports trainer to improve athletes' balance and core strength. I used them for about a year (about twice a week) and then stored them at home.

They can be widely used for home exercises, rehabilitation, and athlete training.

[Set Contents]

1. AIREX Balance Pad
    * This is a balance pad from AIREX, highly regarded in the field of rehabilitation.
    * Its moderate instability stimulates the sensation in the soles of your feet, effectively training your deep core muscles (inner muscles).
    * You can expect even higher training effects by using it barefoot.

2. SPORTS AUTHORITY Balance Board
    * This is a training tool that strengthens your core and lower body by balancing on the board.
    * It is also suitable for off-season training for sports like surfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding.
    * You can develop your balance skills while having fun.

[Product Condition and Notes]

* Both items have scratches, dirt, and fading due to use.
* The balance pad, in particular, is prone to dents and marks on its surface due to the nature of its material.
* Scuffs and scratches are also visible on the back (contact surface) and the non-slip parts of the balance board's surface.
* As these are old items used about 10 years ago, there is a possibility of material degradation over time (e.g., hardening).

I have performed a simple cleaning before listing, but please only purchase if you understand that these are used items that have been stored for a long time.
