Master the essence of martial arts - Yi Nian (Intent)!
Dramatically improve the quality of your punches!

Yi Quan, founded by Master Wang Xiangzhai, is a martial art that synthesizes the essence of Chinese martial arts.
It is a martial art with clear theories that eliminate ambiguity, a curriculum that reliably teaches the true essence of martial arts, Yi Nian (Intent), and high adaptability to practical combat.
This volume refines the V-CD Yi Quan, which was released in China and received great acclaim, by translating it into Japanese and re-releasing it as a 6-volume video series.
With Master Yao Chengrong, a direct disciple of Master Wang Xiangzhai, as the instructor, the subtle and precise Yi Quan principles are explained and taught one by one.
