This is a listing for an Okinawan Sanshin made from Yaeyama black wood in the Yunagushiku style ♪
The raw wood is over 50 years old (almost fully matured) and was dried for 5 years before being crafted in August 2020, making this a very rare Sanshin ♪
Its characteristics include a beautiful sustain and resonance in the mid to high-pitched range, fully showcasing the capabilities of Yaeyama black wood. It's a one-of-a-kind Sanshin that is a pleasure to play ♪
In Okinawa, with competitions scheduled from May to June, many people are looking to replace their Sanshin ♪
Just the other day, an acquaintance visited and purchased one ♪ They plan to challenge for the highest award ♪ This is their second attempt, and we chatted about how great it would be if they passed ♪
Those living in Okinawa Prefecture can try playing it ♪
If you are planning to replace your Sanshin, please leave a comment ♪
