Vintage Brown Tortoise Shell Plastic Hair Clip Barrette. Made in France. Rectangular with clipped corners. This clip is well loved and shows flaws from age and use. It has a texture to it, which may be dried hair product, or patina from age. I have not tried to clean it. The clip has rust on it. Clip secured tight and the barrette is still functional.
