V*2 Model HK FACTORY Mouthpiece Ring for Hammering Trombone

This is a trombone mouthpiece ring from HK FACTORY. The hammering is applied to the back surface where it adheres to the mouthpiece. (This is apparently a specification called reverse hammering.) The plating is rhodium-plated, which is a slightly special specification.

While general silver accessories are often made of silver925, this product uses Silver950, which has a higher purity. It is developed and designed with the following four concepts, incorporating heat treatment, hammering, and special processing:
① Sound tightened by hammering
② Resonance of solid silver (intentionally creating gaps to resonate)
③ Sound change due to heat treatment
④ Realization of these three elements in a detachable form

In my personal opinion, wearing the ring seemed to result in a more cohesive sound and improved projection. Recently, I've had fewer opportunities to use it since changing my mouthpiece, so I've decided to part with it. Please check the photos for details.
