This is a lovely yukata for children, dyed with fireworks and irises using special combed cotton fabric from Chikusen.

This yukata was previously removed from sale due to my mistake. I apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who inquired about it at that time. We are now re-listing it at a reduced price, so thank you for your consideration.

Although it's for children, it's dyed using the traditional chusen technique on the same fabric as adult yukata, and is sold at the same price as adult versions.

Normally, one 12-meter bolt can be used to make three yukata for one-year-olds (1-2 years old), two yukata for three-year-olds (3-4 years old), or one yukata for five-to-seven-year-olds and one yukata for one-year-olds.

About Combed Cotton Fabric:
Combed cotton fabric is a high-quality cotton fabric woven with fine-count combed yarn, which removes excess short fibers and cuts off fluff during the yarn-making process. All of Chikusen's combed cotton fabrics are original and woven in a small width (38cm for women's items, 40cm for men's items).

Many other companies' yukata currently on the market use fabric woven in a wide width, with patterns printed on them, and then cut to the width of the bolt with a laser cutter. However, you will understand the high quality of this yukata when you compare it side by side with others.

The more you wear it, the more the fabric becomes familiar, and the more you wash it, the less fluff it has, and the weave becomes tighter, resulting in a unique texture that is both firm and soft. We hope you will cherish it and enjoy its wonderful texture over time.
