I am not familiar with video equipment,
but this is a product used by mounting it on a separately sold tripod.
Only the actual item is available, so the model number is unknown (believed to be JY0506H or a similar product), but the condition of the product itself is good.
I received it from an acquaintance but have never used it.
The part that mounts on the tripod (the silver part) has a diameter of approximately 67mm.
The handle is extendable. A leveling handle is also included at the bottom of the head.
The head rotates smoothly with consistent resistance both vertically and horizontally.
