【New Life Support Price Reduction】JLV GP Alto Saxophone Ligature
194.70 $
Description
This is a JLV ligature for alto saxophone, made for rubber mouthpieces.
It is gold-plated.
The current reference price is ¥37,400.
I purchased this used on Mercari about six months ago and used it a few times.
I am now selling it because I have purchased a JLV PTP separately and no longer need this item.
While many people use the JLV PTP,
my impression after comparing both the JLV GP and PTP is that
this product's appeal lies in its ability to combine JLV's characteristic ease of control with the rich resonance of gold plating.
Below is the description from the previous owner.
The entire ligature has undergone GAT Custom Brass acoustic treatment, and the adjustment screw has been changed from rubber to genuine leather.
These modifications further enhance its operability and significantly improve its resonance compared to a standard JLV.
There is slight discoloration on the reed plate, but it does not affect its use.
Please only purchase if you understand that this is a home-stored item and has been inspected by an amateur.
