Rare Ranger Boat 2000 Model R93 VS 19.8ft

Listing this boat as I am considering switching.

This is the full-size R93VS, 19.8 feet, from Ranger Boat's R series.

While R71, R81, and R83 models are often seen on the used market,

the R93 is extremely rare and seldom available.

I have never actually seen one around Lake Biwa or on the water.

The R series cuts through waves well.

The hull is clean as I wipe it down with water and Fuku-pika after every trip to Lake Biwa, but there are some areas with fading due to its age.

The gunnels are checked once a year.

860 hours. Oil changed every 50 hours, oil element changed every 100 hours.
Gear oil changed every six months.

Impeller and spark plugs replaced at 500 hours.

Suzuki engines are robust and this one has plenty of life left.

Intermediate inspection completed in July 2022.

ATLAS Hydraulic Jack Plate 8-inch.

Boat carpet and seats reupholstered 3 years ago.

Trailer tires replaced with new ones on August 5, 2023.

Drain cock replaced with a new one on September 15, 2023.

Passenger windshield replaced with a new one and gunnels checked on November 21, 2023.

September 2024: Minn Kota Ultrex.

September 2024: Gunnels checked.

April 2025: Boat inspection, main inspection completed.

July 2025: All bank brackets on the trailer bank replaced with new ones.

October 2025: Impeller replaced, gunnels checked.
