This is a set of two high-airflow 12cm fans, model F5R120, manufactured by CPS.
These were removed from a CPU cooler, RZ400V2, for customization purposes.

Unlike the F5R120 sold individually, these have a standard cable length of 35cm (the individual version has a shorter daisy-chain cable).
This specification makes them very easy to use as case fans, as they can be directly connected to common motherboards or fan hubs.
