Vintage 1973 Signed Avon  Sierra Faux Turquoise Silver Tone Cable Chain Pendant Necklace & Ring (Medium) Set  The Avon Sierra pendant necklace and ring set was introduced in 1973. The pendant is a beautiful antiqued silver-tone diamond shape, some ads say Maltese cross design? Necklace and ring set features open work twisted rope designs accented by small faux turquoise beads. A polished turquoise cabochon sits in the center of the pendant. Both are signed on back AVON. Has a textured, elongated cable chain that closes with a J hook clasp. Matching ring is medium in size and adjustable.
