We hope it goes to someone who will cherish it.

《 Story 》
Michio Koike (Paparra Kawai), who lives in the rundown apartment building Kirin-so, goes to a junkyard with Hama Toshiichi (Akira Emoto), who runs a recycling appliance store, to pick up junk. There, they find a kotatsu. Michio takes the kotatsu home, removes a strange patterned metal fitting in his room, and falls asleep. Sabi (Goro Inagaki), the leader of the rock band Bloody Savvy who lives next door to Michio, is overjoyed when Michio agrees to deliver his love letter to his admired girl, Kurumi Sano (Kaoru Okunuki). Hama, experiencing a series of ominous events, is shocked one day to see a lump on Michio's forehead with the same pattern as the kotatsu. It was the seal of the kotatsu. The man-eating kotatsu places another kotatsu from a different room into Michio's room and begins to attack people. Hama takes Michio's kotatsu home to examine it, but finds nothing unusual. Meanwhile, Sabi and the others are preparing to hold a concert for Kurumi at Kirin-so. Many high school girls gather for the venue, but if they hold a concert, they will become prey for the kotatsu, which grows larger by eating electricity. Finally, the man-eating kotatsu goes on a rampage, and Kirin-so is thrown into a panic. Hama, wearing a robot suit, appears and confronts the kotatsu. Meanwhile, Michio finds the sealing ring and re-seals the man-eating kotatsu.
