Leather cuff made from an old police officers belt ( worn 20 years on duty ) featuring an antique military pin ( caduceus) with sterling backplatevl , flanked by 2 Remington Peters 38 Colt ammunition casings ( a type that officers used many years ago) , fits up to 7 1/2” wrist , this is a unique cuff that can’t be repeated , there is room to make it slightly larger or smaller upon request ( price firm thx)
