Men's Ro Silk Haori Remake - Outerwear
55.44 $
Description
This is a men's haori made from ro (a type of sheer silk fabric). The sleeves have been cut off, and patchwork pockets dyed with persimmon tannin have been added to both sides. The back has also been patched. Although it's a bit early, I think it would look cool worn over a sleeveless top on a hot summer day, or paired with pants. I considered adding more patchwork, but decided that simple is best (lol). So, I only added pockets and a back patch. It might not be clear in the photos, but I think the softness and sheerness of the ro fabric are lovely. I hope it reaches someone who will appreciate it. It's listed as men's, but since it's quite long, it would look wonderful on women too! Laid flat measurements (Please allow for slight errors) ⭕️ Sleeve length (center back to cuff): 67 cm ⭕️ Back width: 60 cm ⭕️ Length: 101 cm (front) / 99 cm (back) #kimono remake #men's haori remake #men's ro haori #ro haori remake #handmade outerwear #handmade fashion #ro haori #persimmon tannin dyeing #persimmon tannin patchwork #persimmon tannin patchwork haori
