This is a Wajima-nuri garment hanger in vermilion with a chinkin finish. Chinkin is a unique Wajima technique where fine grooves are carved with a chisel and then filled with gold or silver powder.
*This item has been stored for many years without being used. While there is some yellowing on the cord, there are no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is unused. However, as this is a long-term home storage item, please refrain from purchasing if you are not accustomed to aged products.
