Skribbles I Love My Mommy 4x6 Picture Photo Frame Hand Painted Baby Nursery 90s

Up for sale is a Russ Skribbles I Love My Mommy hand painted 4x6 picture frame. I think this was made around the 90s. This frame has colorful raised accents including a smiling moon, butterfly, heart, stars, and balloon surrounding the photo opening. Designed to hold a 4 x 6 photograph, it makes a wonderful gift for Mother's Day, baby showers, nurseries, or to display a treasured photo of a child and mother. It has good weight to it, so it isn't flimsy. I think it's made of a heavy resin type material. It was hand painted, too. There is a flaw in the paint where it was cleaned and faded/removed part of the paint. This is pointed out in the last photo. Thanks for looking!
