See photos, excellent condition pre-owned vintage, does have a material make up it was made by the Oxford drapery company in Boston, Massachusetts, 100% resin, treated polyester fiber: the pillow case without the lace or fluffy ruffle included, so the part, the actual pillow sets in measures 19“ x 25“, the ruffle around the edge adds an additional 4 inches all the way around the outside of each pillowcase. The comforter measures 52 in x 82 inches for the flat part that goes ontop of the mattress: on three sides there is a lace border that adds an additional 21 inches. So this comforter lays flat on the bed the lace drops down 21 inches on three sides, the side towards the headboard does not have a lace border.
