This is the Ayahomare Carrot Compact.
Bokashi cultivation is a method where we use handmade fertilizer made from naturally fermented rice bran, rice husks, and rapeseed meal with EM bacteria, without using any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or animal manure.
Try them as carrot rice, in ajillo, or just bite into them as sticks.
If you dip them in garlic mayo miso or tarako mayo, you won't be able to stop! (((^_^;)
They are very sweet! (*^^*)
They are as sweet as Aroma Red carrots and Christine carrots! (*^^*)
Also, cut them in half lengthwise and make tempura. They become even sweeter when cooked.
☆Recently, the carrots have grown larger, so while the number of carrots will be fewer, they will weigh approximately 1.4 to 1.5 kg.
