We will dig up the potatoes and ship them after the soil has dried, once your order is placed.
To maintain freshness, we will ship them with the soil lightly brushed off.

We will include potatoes of good shape, in sizes S, M, and L.

Please understand that the skin may peel off due to their freshness.

We will ship using recycled cardboard boxes.

Kitaakari, also known as Golden Danshaku or Chestnut Potatoes due to its vibrant yellow flesh and strong sweetness. While it looks similar to Danshaku potatoes, Kitaakari has yellower flesh and a mealy texture, resulting in a fluffy texture when cooked. Its sweetness and good aroma make it delicious simply prepared as baked potatoes with butter or fried. It is also recommended for steamed potatoes, potato salad, and croquettes.

We will ship at room temperature.
Although we check carefully during harvest and packing, as these are fresh produce, ripening, cracking, or damage may occur during shipping.
