This is Koshihikari rice from Tochigi Prefecture, harvested in Reiwa 7 (2025).
(30kg brown rice)
I personally sowed the seeds, managed the water during planting, and harvested the rice, so I am confident in its quality.
I'm putting it up for sale because I won't be able to eat it all myself!
??Storage: The rice was stored in a renovated stone cellar with refrigeration equipment installed, maintaining a temperature below 20℃.
Due to popular demand, I've decided to list a bit more. Please take this opportunity to try it!

The rice has been processed through a color sorter, so there are no damaged grains or foreign objects.
The cold storage is set to 15℃ in the renovated cellar.
The bag has only been opened 3-4 times for inspection.
*If you wish for polished rice, it will be shipped as 27kg.
(Approximately 10% is lost due to the removal of bran.)
