This is a 1-wire petticoat.

It was used only once during the ceremony and reception of a wedding.
The wedding venue was a hotel, so it was not used outdoors, but I believe there may be some minor snags.
Since it is worn under a dress and not visible, I have not included photos of the actual item except for the elastic waistband. However, please comment if you would like to see more.

The waistband is elastic and stretchy, but there is a possibility it could slip down due to the weight of the dress. Following advice from the venue staff, I have sewn strings on both sides with a sewing machine to tie around the waist.
Each string has been cut to a length that allows it to wrap around the waist and be tied.
Please understand that as I am an amateur, the stitching may not be perfect. However, it does not affect usability.
