Photos 1 and 2 are reference photos of the mother plant.

This is an auction for a Shishisote (a type of cycad) offset removed from the mother plant on 5/8.

The current diameter of the plant is approximately 4cm.

It has been treated with Rooton and is currently being managed for root development in soil since 5/9.

Planted in a Prestella 105 size pot.

Even offsets from a Shishisote mother plant will initially have the shape of a regular cycad, and will not immediately develop lion's mane leaves.
Once roots are stably established, and then with good nutrition from planting in the ground or similar, as it grows larger, it becomes more prone to fasciation (banding).

The plant will be shipped as a bare-root seedling (seedling only), packed with recycled materials, via Fourth Class Mail.

Please note that this shipping method does not include insurance, tracking, or specified delivery dates. Your purchase indicates your understanding and acceptance of this.

If you wish to use Mercari delivery (shipping with the pot), the fee will be an additional 800 yen.

There may be instances where leaves are broken, leaf tips are dry, or roots are withered upon arrival. Please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about such issues.
