Introduction

This is a transport container box mainly used in the Showa era for carrying goods on the back of motorcycles, cars, etc., for deliveries. I purchased it over 20 years ago from a used select shop, but the manufacturing year is unknown. It was likely made over 40 years ago. While it has quite a bit of dirt, it doesn't seem to have been heavily used and is built so sturdily that I don't think it will break. However, the material may be slightly wavy, and as seen in photos 15 and 16, there are parts where the sides have warped inward. Given that it's made of hard, thick paper with a strong tendency to hold its shape, these are difficult to fix, but in my opinion, they don't detract from the overall atmosphere. If you were to use it as is, its presence would be outstanding.

*It will be sent after cleaning with neutral detergent and applying beeswax for a slight sheen. The handles are made of hemp rope.
