We grow our tea near a beautiful stream where fireflies appear.
We also pay close attention to the soil environment. We use susuki grass and bamboo harvested from around the tea fields as organic fertilizer, feeding the microorganisms and contributing to the umami components of the new tea.
As tea specialists from a factory certified in the World Agricultural Heritage Shizuoka Tea Grassland Agriculture practice, we are committed to cultivating our fields and producing tea with great care.
