These are seeds from a traditional, large variety of pumpkin.
These are seeds from Sukuna pumpkins harvested last year. We grew seedlings from them this year and transplanted them into the field. Compared to other pumpkins, the seedlings are larger and more robust. Perhaps it's because they are a traditional variety? We are sharing the extra seeds.
Visually, these pumpkins are long and slender like a loofah, and they are also a traditional vegetable from the Takayama region of Gifu Prefecture.
The size of the pumpkin can range from about 50 to 80 centimeters, depending on the soil fertility of the field.
Sowing time is from April to June.
These are suitable for those who prefer a fluffy, mealy texture.
Currently, we are including a bonus of bitter melon seeds.
