Why not start with a small quantity?
We will send you small bulbs that were thinned out during garden maintenance. If you plant them as seed bulbs, they will divide and multiply year after year.
They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt or made into tempura. The leaves are also edible.
We will ship via 4th class mail.
They may be dry as we do not use any moisturizing materials, but they are vigorous and will grow, so please do not worry.
4th class mail takes the same amount of time as regular mail, and there is no delivery on weekends. To minimize delivery time, shipping will be done on Mondays and Wednesdays. Depending on the day you purchase, you may have to wait a while. Thank you for your understanding.
