*Yu-Packet Post has restrictions on weight (2kg) and dimensions (longest side within 34cm, sum of three sides within 60cm). Considering these restrictions, even 80 Churu sticks will fill the package to its limit. 120 sticks will be even more so. For example, 3 bags of 120 sticks each will weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact and light as possible. We understand that the packaging may be very tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and offer Churu at a lower price amidst rising prices. We kindly ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item carefully with great care, so we appreciate your understanding.
*Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery date and time for successful receipt.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the benefit of the buyer, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent damage from heat, we will drop off the package at the post office just in time for the collection.
*Please request bulk purchases of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Discount requests will be ignored and deleted without reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
