This is an egg & square pan specially developed for the Japanese market from the popular Circulon series.
It is a versatile, compact cooking tool that can be used for making rolled omelets, cooking rice, roasting beef, stir-frying, and preparing small portions of simmered dishes or fish.

It is ideal for small-batch cooking, such as preparing breakfast for one or packing bento boxes, and its convenient size saves storage space.

The interior bottom surface has a textured finish that prevents food from sticking and makes it easy to clean.
It allows for healthy cooking with minimal oil.

The handle is ergonomically shaped for a comfortable grip and designed to stay cool.
The handle interior is hollow, and the Y-shaped attachment reduces heat transfer from the stovetop by allowing heat to escape through gaps and minimizing contact with the pan body.

The pan body is made of lightweight and durable hard anodized aluminum.
