This is a navy blazer made in Japan.

This navy blazer was popular in the late 80s to early 90s.
It's made in Japan, following the design of well-known brands like Onward Kashiyama.

The sewing is carefully done, as you would expect from a Japanese-made item.

Although there are no tears, there is some wear and tear on the fabric, such as small pills and pulls.
It doesn't affect wearability and is not very noticeable.
