Sugimoto OMS (Sugimoto Order Made Special) is the highest grade Chinese cleaver series from the long-established Sugimoto Cutlery, founded in the 1830s. Skilled artisans forge the finest pure Japanese steel, resulting in exceptional hardness, tenacity (durability), and sharpness. It primarily features thin blade models such as No. 6 (thin) and No. 7 (thin), which are professional-grade tools designed for precise cooking tasks like thinly slicing vegetables and appetizers.
