■Furniture Details
This is an old Japanese cabinet manufactured in Tokyo in the 1960s and has been cherished for over half a century. This piece, with its exquisite size and meticulous craftsmanship, has been thoroughly restored to suit modern living. The upper section features clear glass sliding doors, while the lower section has hinged doors with expressive patterned glass (one side with a French bar at the top and bottom), creating a well-balanced design.

To compensate for the weakness of plywood, which is common in Showa-era furniture of that time, we have applied unique reinforcements to each part. The robustness is vastly superior to similar types found on the market, and with regular maintenance, it can be used for a long time to come.

All wooden parts have been fully sanded and finished with oil and domestic beeswax for a moist texture. The handles have been replaced with stainless steel ones. The wood has developed a superb texture with a deep, matte, reddish-amber hue.

While there are vintage-specific scratches, color variations, chips, warping, and repair marks, the condition for daily use is very good. We ask that purchasers understand the charm of old items as the character of aged wood.

As this is not a new item, there may be scratches or repair marks not visible in the photos. We ask for purchases from those who understand used (vintage) items.
