Kaizuka Ibuki Turner Spatula

This is a spatula made from Japanese thuja wood, known for its pleasant aroma, finished with oil.
The workshop was filled with its fragrance during production.
Due to the oil finish, the aroma may also spread during cooking.
As you can see, while prioritizing its function as a turner, it can also be used as a spatula, but it is best suited for use on flat surfaces like the bottom of a frying pan.
If the tip becomes frayed with use, you can sand it with sandpaper to keep it in good condition for a long time.
A magnet is embedded in the end of the handle, allowing you to attach it to the top of your sink for draining, temporary storage, or even as a hanging solution.
