?This bowl was developed by Rumi Kojima to address the shortcomings and inconveniences of commercially available bowls.
My experience using it: Despite its 18cm diameter, it has a good height, making it easy to use with a hand mixer. When mixing batter with a spatula, I found it easy to scoop batter from the bottom by tilting the bowl slightly.
?Recommended capacity for efficient work: 1 x 5-inch Genoise sponge cake, 1 x 18cm pound cake.
