This is a set of 3 probes for measuring the internal temperature of food, compatible with the Anritsu Keiki AM-9000K thermometer with memory function.
These are unused.
They are being sold because they were used in practice and spare probes are no longer needed.
Used for data collection of internal food temperatures in steam convection ovens, etc.
- Capable of measuring up to 250°C.
- Features a flat cable in the middle, so heat does not escape even when the lid is closed.
- Approximately 3 meters of cable at the tip.
