This is a scoring knife for making cuts (slashes) in bread dough.
It's cute, compact, and comes with a storage pouch.

The pattern you will receive is shown in the first image.
The same pattern is engraved on both sides.

The blade can also accommodate commercially available double-edged razor blades.
When the included blades run out, please use commercially available ones.

When making cuts, rather than moving the knife slowly,
it's better to place the blade on the dough and move the knife quickly in one go
for a clean, sharp cut.

but for safety, when storing the main body in the pouch,
it is recommended to either remove the blade or store it within the body.

As this is natural wood, the grain and color will vary from piece to piece.

The pattern on this product is laser engraved by hand.
The pattern engraving may be slightly off-center,
and depending on the wood grain and color, the pattern may not be very visible.
Therefore, the image may appear slightly different from the actual product.
