Description

3/27 The Kinryohen swarm has arrived. Two scout bees visited this morning. It's finally happening.

I've been keeping Japanese honeybees for 15 years.
The cherry blossoms have also bloomed, and once we get through this tough season, it will finally be time for swarming in April.

The earliest I've ever secured a swarm was on 4/3.

Would you like to try the ultimate hobby?

The honey inside will ferment, so please be careful when opening.

Liquid: 350cc
Beeswax: 2 pieces
Bee nest balls: 2 pieces
Brush: 1 piece (shape may vary slightly)

4/3
The scout bees have become very active recently.
We secured our first swarm of the year. The second swarm is expected soon.

The attractant liquid will ferment as it gets warmer, so please be careful when opening.
