Martellato Flexible Non-stick Mold. Can be used for baking and freezing. Non-stick silicone mold. Contains no harmful substances, 100% silicone for excellent release, high conductivity, and easy cleaning. Can be used in ovens and microwaves. Also freezable and easy to remove from the mold. Heat resistance: -60°C to +230°C. The mold is Gastronorm 1/3 size (300x175) and fits on baking sheets of French (600x400) and 1/1 (530x325) sizes, designed to meet the needs of professional chefs.
