This is the popular S3 model of LIXIL (TOEX) swing gates in terms of design. The height of the gate when swung open is 1800mm.
My business is the repair and modification of gates. This time, due to circumstances, I was asked to remove this gate instead of repairing it, so I have removed and stored it.
I am now selling this gate to anyone who is interested.
As this is a large item, packing is not possible.
Therefore, this is limited to those who can pick it up in Totsuka, Yokohama, or those in nearby prefectures. Please come and inspect the condition first.

LIXIL (TOEX) Overdoor S3 type, manual operation, W=4750, 2-unit type.
Post height H=1000. This is a current model, but it was installed 7-8 years ago.
No noticeable scratches.
1. The deepest part of the right post that is buried in the ground is 100mm shorter on the right side.
It is likely that it was cut to avoid contact with water pipes, etc.
2. The key for the lock that prevents the gate from lifting is missing.
