The Bubble Lamp, part of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) collection, was designed by George Nelson in 1952. The manufacturing process, which involves spraying a special plastic onto a thin steel frame, remains unchanged from that time. Its beauty, casting a fantastical light from its simple form, continues to captivate not only fans of Mid-Century design but users worldwide even half a century later.
