Scaffolding Intrusion Alert and Crime Prevention Banner for Large-Scale Condominium Renovation Work - For Homeowners, Management Companies, and Management Associations

For landlords of rental apartments, management associations of condominiums, and property management companies.

Thank you for visiting.

We have recently completed major renovation work (exterior wall painting, tile repair, waterproofing) on a rental apartment building.

The installation of scaffolding significantly increases the risk of unauthorized entry.

Therefore, we considered what methods would be best to ensure the safety of residents.

However, there is no perfect solution.

There are also cost constraints.

So, after careful consideration, I am offering for sale the banners (tarpaulins) that were installed.

Contents

Tarpaulin 1.8m x 1.8m, 2 sheets (reinforced edges, with eyelets at corners and every 45cm)
                   3.6m x 1.8m, 1 sheet (same as above)

I created the text, and a printing company arranged the design.

Thank you for your consideration.
