Scaffolding material, for rolling towers, casters, set of 2, building materials, antique tools

Found in my parents' warehouse.

As an amateur, I don't know the exact name, but from what I could find, they appear to be SISIKU casters for rolling towers? Or perhaps they are jack bases for scaffolding? Please forgive me if the names are incorrect.

These are old items and have rust, dust, and dirt.
They are rusty overall with considerable dust and dirt. The part that looks like a screw for height adjustment? and the part that secures the tire? were movable.
As I am an amateur, I do not know how to use them, so I cannot guarantee their functionality.

Overall length: approximately 95 cm
Metal part: approximately 80 cm
Tire diameter: approximately 15 cm

They may be shipped in simple packaging wrapped in fabric scraps and used blue tarps, or disassembled at the caster part and shipped in a cardboard box! Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the amount of waste generated!

I have a total of 4 in stock, but due to weight, they will be listed in sets of 2.
