This is a mini butter knife from Christofle, a renowned French brand.
It is a discontinued item and is said to be a rare piece with a unique groove design. There is also a flat type with the same form.
I bought it at an antique shop in Nagoya (I forget the name) along with a small Baccarat plate, but I'm not sure if it falls within the antique category.
It's small and cute. Just looking at it is enchanting.
