This product is based on MC901 with the addition of carbon-based fillers to provide conductive properties.
It can be used in applications where static electricity generation makes resin processing difficult.
The volume resistivity is a low 1 to 10^2 Ωm.
MC501CD features uniform dispersion of fillers, ensuring consistent resistance values throughout the material. This allows for reliable use even after machining.
Unlike conductive paints or surfactant-filled plastics, the carbon-based fillers ensure that the resistance value does not change over time. Furthermore, the resistance value remains unchanged even if the surface is abraded.
Nylon absorbs moisture, which causes dimensional changes. Please ensure appropriate design considerations.
