Purchased about 3 years ago.
It was kept in an unused room on the second floor and was used infrequently, so I believe the overall condition is good.
Personally, I think it's in better condition than other similar sofas listed elsewhere.

There are no major tears or noticeable stains.
Please understand that there may be some signs of use as it is a used item.

Pickup is preferred, but if absolutely necessary,
I can ship it for 40,000 yen.
