Aellen Lens, 1 pair, unused, unground, custom-made, non-prescription, purple, light sensitivity

Sale of one pair of Irlen Lenses

These are custom-made lenses ordered from the Irlen Center in the US, after having the Irlen lenses fitted at the University of Tsukuba (where the legibility of text was confirmed by combining and layering lens colors, and adjusting shades and hues).

Handling by the University of Tsukuba has ended.
*These are treated as assistive learning materials for learning disabilities and are not medical devices.

Irlen Syndrome is a type of reading disorder. While how it appears varies from person to person, symptoms can include text appearing to ripple, move, flicker, or the spaces between letters looking like rivers.

A characteristic is that wearing darker lenses provides stability, and Irlen lenses are combined and adjusted to a color that is easy to see.

For more details, please search for Irlen syndrome or アーレンシンドローム.

Due to exchange rates, the current price is ¥50,000 per pair.
I am asking for ¥30,000 for this pair.
I am not considering further price reductions.

*These are non-prescription lenses.
*You will need to take them to an optician or similar store to have them made into eyeglasses.
*Shipping from the US is simple packaging only (the lenses were delivered in a box, wrapped in tissue paper inside their original paper envelope).
*The specific color combination of these lenses is unknown (I recall there were about 4 types).

These are home-stored items.
They have never been carried around, and were only taken out of the bag shown in the photo a few times.
I believe there are no particular scratches.

I would appreciate it if someone who understands this would purchase them.
Thank you very much (^_^)
